Refund policy

At Jewels by Annu Chadha, we take immense pride in our exceptional craftsmanship and materials. Due to the high-value, artisanal, and often bespoke nature of luxury jewelry, our refund and return policy is strictly structured as follows:

Bespoke & Altered Items (Final Sale)

Any jewelry pieces that are made-to-order, customized, personalized, engraved, or altered (including ring resizing done post-purchase) are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

For standard, unaltered stock pieces, we accept return or exchange requests within 3 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
* The piece must be entirely unworn, undamaged, and in its original, pristine condition.
* The security tag (if attached) must remain completely intact and untampered with.
* The item must be returned in its original luxury packaging, including all protective boxes, certificates of authenticity, diamond/gemstone grading reports, and the original purchase invoice.

We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or has been altered from its original state.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged or defective, you must report it to us within 24 hours of delivery.

1. Your Order Number
2. Clear unboxing photographs or video showing the damage

Once verified, we will arrange for a secure, insured reverse pickup to evaluate the item and facilitate a repair or replacement.
