Fully Insured Premium Shipping

Because of the high value and bespoke nature of our jewelry, every single shipment is dispatched via premium courier partners and is fully insured during transit. 

Dispatch & Processing Timelines

Ready-to-Ship Pieces: Processed and dispatched within 4-7 business days.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Pieces: Crafting timelines vary from 3-5 weeks depending on the design complexity. You will receive an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.

Once your order is handed over to our secure courier, you will receive an email and/or WhatsApp notification containing your tracking details.

Delivery Conditions & Secure Sign-Off

Adult Signature Required: For security reasons, all deliveries require a signature by an adult upon handover. The courier may request a valid government-issued photo ID to verify the recipient. 

Address Corrections: Once an insured shipment has left our atelier, we cannot alter the delivery address.
